About Us
North Cascades Athletic Club is proudly owned and operated by a local, family-driven team with a passion for health, resilience, and community.
Founded with the vision of creating more than just a place to work out, NCAC was built to be a space where people feel supported, challenged, and connected. Every decision—from the equipment on the floor to the programs we offer—is made with our members in mind and rooted in what our community truly needs.

Meet The Owner:
Hi, I’m Danielle—owner of North Cascades Athletic Club and Re+Active Rehab.
I’m an occupational therapist and hand therapist by trade, but more importantly, I’m a mom of three boys who keep me constantly moving, grounded, and inspired.
Fitness has been a huge part of my journey—not just physically, but mentally. Like many people, I’ve had seasons where showing up felt hard. Between running businesses, raising three active boys, and navigating life’s challenges, I understand what it means to be stretched thin. But I also know the power of consistency, even on the days you don’t feel like it. That belief is what built NCAC.
I wanted to create a place where people could come as they are—whether they’re beginners, athletes, parents, or just trying to find their way back to themselves—and feel supported every step of the way.

My Why:
My boys—Mason, Atley, and Morgan—are the reason behind everything I do.
They’ve grown up in the gym, watching what it means to work hard, show up, and be part of something bigger than yourself. From sports practices and tournaments to everyday life lessons, they’ve taught me just as much as
I’ve taught them.
They are my motivation to keep building—not just a business, but a community that shows them what strength, accountability, and resilience look like in real life.
